4 medium Potatoes (a firm variety; I use new potatoes)
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 Canned tomatoes (discard the liquid)
1 tbsp Tomato puree
2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Paprika powder
1 Red chili pepper (chopped)
1 clove Minced garlic
1 pinch Sugar (If the canned tomatoes are tart)
3 tbsp + 1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 dash Salt, black pepper
1 dash Finely chopped parsley
