Cook your sausage and anything else that needs it.

Hamburger etc .

Drain and put in a bowl or use it from the pan

Slice any toppings that need it.

Slice your bread in half if using the sub rolls.

If your using the loaf, slice that into the length you want first then in half.

Pre heat oven to 350 or you can use it on broil if you like.

Spread the sauce on the bread.

Add cheese then toppings

Take a cookie sheet and either use a little bit of olive oil or use tin foil to cover the cookie sheet.

Bake until the cheese is melted and the toppings are a little crisp

When you bake it you can do this on the bottom rack for the first few minutes to get the bread done more before getting the toppings finished cooking.

Watch so you don't burn the bread.
