1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (20 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. green onion, sliced
1 (7 oz.) pkg. frozen Chinese pea pods

Brush chicken with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Arrange skin-side down in shallow baking pan.
