Cheddar cheese; 2 to 3 medium tomatoes; small amount chopped lettuce; 1 jar hot or medium El Paso picante sauce (optional)

4 cans black beans
4 c. white rice
3 to 4 slices bacon
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
1 pkg. taco shells (18)
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 or 12 oz.) Cheddar cheese
2 to 3 medium tomatoes
small amount chopped lettuce
1 jar hot or medium El Paso picante sauce (optional)

Open cans of black beans into a saucepan and add a little salt and pepper.

Put on low heat.

In a frypan, chop bell pepper, onions and bacon.

Saute.

Drain and put in the black beans and continue on low heat.
