200 grams Ground beef or pork
1/4 Onion
1 clove Garlic
1/2 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Coriander
4 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1 tsp Japanese Worcestershire-style sauce
1 Tabasco sauce
1 dash Salt
1 dash Pepper
2 Tomatos
1/4 Red bell pepper
1/4 Yellow bell pepper
1/2 Green pepper
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 dash Salt
150 grams Corn flour
80 grams Bread (strong) flour
80 grams Cake flour
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 1 teaspoon Salt
180 ml Water
1 Mixed cheese

[Taco filling] Finely chop the onion.

Finely chop the garlic.

Pour oil into a frying pan.

Fry the onions from step 1 and the garlic from step 2 until fragrant.

Add the ground beef or pork to step 3 and fry until the color changes.

Add the cumin, coriander, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco, salt and pepper to step 4 and continue to fry.

[Salsa] Roughly chop the red, yellow, and green peppers.
