1 can yellow or white hominy
1 pkg. taco mix
1 pkg. Hidden Valley salad dressing (original mix)
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
3 c. water (may add more as desired)
1 can corn

Brown ground turkey with onion and garlic (optional).

Drain. Then add cans of beans (do not drain).

Add taco mix, salad dressing, tomatoes, tomatoes and chilies, water and corn.
