Taco Salad – a delicious recipe with hamburger, taco, water, head lettuce, red onion, celery. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Serves 4 Salads

Servings: persons

1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco (Ortega) mix
1 c. water
1 head lettuce
1 red onion, diced
celery, diced
4 fresh tomatoes, cut up
scallions, diced
black olives
1 bag Doritos (cheese flavor)

Brown hamburger; drain.

Add to hamburger taco mix and water. Refrigerate to cool.

After hamburger mixture has cooled, mix together lettuce, onion, celery, tomatoes, scallions and black olives.

Just before serving, add Doritos.

Use Caesar salad dressing (not creamy) at end or put on individual salads.
