Ingredients: 2 avocados ripe, pitted and peeled; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 3 tomatoes finely chopped; 1/2 red onion finely chopped; 1/2 cup cilantro leaves finely chopped; 2 tablespoons lime juice; 1 red chili pepper long, seeded and finely chopped; 2 tablespoons olive oil; 1 pound sirloin steak beef; 1 ounce taco seasoning mix; 11 ounces white fish fillets firm boneless; 12 taco shells; 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded; 2 cups cheddar cheese grated; 1/2 cup sour cream; Tabasco Sauce to serve

2 avocados ripe, pitted and peeled
2 tablespoons lime juice

1 red chili pepper long, seeded and finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound sirloin steak beef
1 ounce taco seasoning mix
11 ounces white fish fillets firm boneless
12 taco shells
2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
2 cups cheddar cheese grated
1/2 cup sour cream
Tabasco Sauce to serve

For the guacamole, place avocado in a medium bowl. Mash well with lime juice and season to taste.

For the salsa, combine tomato, onion, cilantro, lime juice and chili pepper in a medium bowl. Season to taste.

Drizzle 1 tbsp of the oil over beef and sprinkle with 1/2 of the taco seasoning. Repeat with fish in a second bowl, using remaining oil and seasoning.

Preheat the grill to medium-high. Grill beef 3-4 mins each side for medium, or until cooked to desired doneness. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 5 mins.

Grill or cook fish in heated skillet 1-2 mins each side, until golden and just cooked through.

Meanwhile, heat taco shells according to package directions.

Thinly slice beef. Arrange beef and fish on platter with salsa, guacamole and taco shells. Accompany with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tabasco sauce for everyone to build their own favorite taco.
