Ingredients: 3 oz worcestershire sauce; 2 oz soy sauce; 3 tbsp fish sauce; 2/3 cup brown sugar; 1/4 cup corn syrup; 1/4 cup honey; 2 tbsp favorite hot sauce; 12 oz beer; 2 1/2 tsp liquid smoke; 1 tsp cayenne pepper; 1 tsp cracked pepper; 1 tsp onion powder; 2 tsp garlic powder; 2 tbsp chopped garlic; tsp ground ginger( fresh if you have); 1 tsp ground coriander; 1 tsp creole seasoning; 1 tsp beef soup base or just bullion if you prefer.

Servings: persons

3 oz worcestershire sauce
2 oz soy sauce
3 tbsp fish sauce

Marinade whatever your gonna use this sauce on first the meat adds some extra yum ;-)

I would marinade anywhere from 2 hrs to 24 hours the longer the more flavor.

Thicker meat needs more.

Now remove the meat and start cooking as recommended.

Put everything into a sauce pan bring to a boil.

Boil about 20 min.

Reduce heat and simmer till reduced and thickened.

You can do this while your cooking so long as it takes a good hour or so to cook.
