Swiss Vegetable Medley

   Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 cup onions in large bowl.

   Pour into a shallow pre-sprayed casserole.

   Bake, covered, in a 350u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done.

   Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions in diagonal rows across top.

   Bake 5 more minutes until top is brown.
