Swiss Steak(Microwave)

   Flour meat; salt and pepper meat.

   Lay in layers in microwavable bowl.

   Mix tomatoes and onions together; pour over steak.

   Cook in microwave, turning every 15 minutes.

   Will take about 1 hour to cook.

   If cooked in oven, don't flour steak. Cook at 400u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
