Mentsuyu and Butter Chicken Saute

   Soak the whole piece of chicken thigh meat in mentsuyu overnight.

   It's convenient if you use a plastic bag.

   Add a little vegetable oil to the pan, add butter, and fry the chicken cut into easy-to-eat sizes.
