Sweet & Sticky Chicken

   Cut chicken into chunks, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

   Coat chicken with cornstarch and then dip in the beaten eggs.

   Fry in the oil until fully cooked through.

   Meanwhile, mix together sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and garlic salt and bring to a boil.

   Stir constantly and cook over medium heat until thickened and reduced, about 6 to 8 minutes.

   Combine chicken and sauce and let simmer for a couple of minutes and until well-coated and mixed!
