1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Instant Onions
1 15oz Can Tomato Sauce (devided in 1/2 for topping)
Topping:
1/2 Can Tomato Sauce
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Prepared Mustard

Pre-Heat Oven 350

Mix Ground Beef, Bread Crumbs,salt, pepper, Eggs and Onion till well blended add half can of the tomato sauce. Pour into a Loaf Pan and Bake for 50 minutes.

Add the following topping and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

Topping: In a small saucepan

Combine left over tomato sauce, with Brown Sugar

and Mustard heat to a Boil.
