   Combine the * seasonings.

   Thoroughly coat the meat in the katakuriko.

   Heat the oil in a frying pan and cook the meat over low-medium heat, being careful not to burn it.

   Once it has thoroughly cooked through, add the * seasonings to the frying pan and coat the meat over high heat.

   When most of the liquid is gone, mix in the white sesame seeds to finish.
