Ingredients: 4 Thinly sliced pork; 2 small mushrooms King oyster mushrooms; 1 dash Salt and pepper; 1 Katakuriko; 1 tbsp Vegetable oil; 1 tbsp Sake; 3 tbsp Soy sauce; 2 tbsp Mirin; 1 tbsp Sugar; 1 tsp Mirin; 1 Shichimi spice

4 Thinly sliced pork
2 small mushrooms King oyster mushrooms
1 dash Salt and pepper
1 Katakuriko
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp Sake
3 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Mirin
1 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Mirin
1 Shichimi spice

Cut the mushrooms vertically into 4 pieces.

Cut the pork in half, season both sides with salt and pepper.

Place the mushrooms on the pork and wrap diagonally.

Dust lightly with katakuriko.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
