3 Tbsp butter

2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
2 eggs, separated
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
marshmallows

Add sugar, salt, butter, nutmeg and potatoes.

Beat with mixer until fluffy.

In small bowl, beat egg yolks until light and lemon colored.

Add to potato mixture.

Add raisins and pecans. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.

Fold into potatoes and pour into greased baking dish.
