Sweet Potato Puffs

   Mix sweet potatoes, butter and brown sugar together until smooth and creamy.

   Place a small amount of mixture in palm of hand with a marshmallow in the center. Cover with more potato mixture and form into the shape of a small sweet potato.

   Roll in crushed corn flakes and place on greased baking pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 5 minutes.
