FOR THE STREUSEL:
15 whole Gingersnap Cookies, Nabisco

1/2 cups Sugar
1/2 cups Flour

Boil your peeled sweet potatos in 4 cups of water until they are completely cooked. Once soft, puree sweet potatos until smooth.
