Sweet Potato Pie(Sugar Free)

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0.

   Boil sweet potatoes until tender, cool. Then peel and mash.

   Warm apple juice concentrate and mix with softened butter.

   Beat 3 eggs and combine with butter and apple juice mixture.

   Add salt, vanilla extract and spices.

   Stir in the mashed sweet potatoes.

   Add the cup of milk and beat the mixture well with an electric mixer and pour into the pie shells.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour or until the center is firm.
