Sweet Potato Pie

   Peel sweet potatoes and mix sweet potatoes, flour and sugar; separate egg whites and mix eggs in the mixture.

   Blend on medium speed until all of the potatoes and ingredients have blended together and then add vanilla flavoring, cinnamon and nutmeg together in the mixture.

   Put mixture in the pie shells.

   Bake at 350u00b0.

   When ready, mix the egg whites and put on top of the pies. Bake on 350u00b0 until filling is brown and they are done.
