Sweet Potato French Fries

   1. Preheat oven to 425 F

   2. Cut the potatoes into french fry strips.

   3. After that, put into a pot of boiling water and let it cook there for about 10 minutes or so. Drain afterwards.

   4. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray and put the fries on the baking sheet.

   5. Put olive oil and spices into bowl, and brush some of that mixture on fries.

   6. Bake the fries for 20-30 minutes. Add salt and pepper when done.
