Sweet potato, fig and feta salad recipe

   Cut the sweet potato into thin little strips (like matchsticks) and place in a large bowl (if you have a mandolin, use the julienne attachment).

   Add the figs, parsley, feta cheese, mustard and cress, mustard seeds and olive oil and mix well.

   Add the lime juice, season with black pepper and mix again.
