   potatoes, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Beat egg whites until stiff and mix them in the potato mixture. Combine, oats, brown sugar, pecans and melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of potatoes. Bake at 350u00b0 or 400u00b0 oven for 55 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
