Sweet Onion Savory Bread

   Thinly slice the onion and cut up the bacon.

   Put the mayonnaise and curry powder directly into a bag.

   Use your hands to rub and combine the mayonnaise and curry powder.

   This is the only the prep work.

   Roll the dough into an oblong shape and place the onion, bacon, and cheese on top.

   Sprinkle on the black pepper and roll it up.

   Cut into 6 sections and place it in the bread pan.

   Let sit for the second rising.

   If there are too many, bake as individual rolls!

    After rising, top with cheese.

    Cut the tip of the bag containing the mayo and curry powder and squeeze on the bread dough.

    Bake for 16 minutes in an oven preheated to 180C.

    Adjust the temperature according to your own oven).

    Top with a sprinkle of parsley and they're done.

    It's also really good if you bake each round individually as opposed to making them into a loaf.
