Sweet Onion & New Potato Miso Soup

   Peel the potatoes and cut in half.

   Then cut into 6 pieces.

   Slice the onion into 5 mm thin slices.

   Put the dashi stock and dried sardine powder into a pot.

   Add the potatoes and onion.

   Boil until soft.

   Dissolve the miso and quickly bring it to a boil, then remove it from the heat.
