Sweet Glazed Bacon

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and a rack lightly coated with cooking spray. Place strips of bacon on the rack and in the oven for 12 minutes. Remove and drain fat from baking sheet. I wipe the tinfoil with some paper towel. In a small bowl combine brown sugar, wine or apple juice and mustard. Using a brush paint half of the mixture on top of the bacon. Bake 10 more minutes. Flip each piece of bacon over and paint the other side of each slice. Return pan to oven for 10 minutes or until cooked the way you like it. Enjoy!
