Sweet Apple Puffs With Blueberry Jam

   Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

   Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and set aside.

   Roll out the puff pastry, and poke with a fork. Set aside

   Place apples, blueberries, brown sugar, and cinnamon in the blender, and mix until apples are chopped into small pieces.

   Place this mixture on the pastry, and roll up the pastry.

   Slice in 2 centimeter slices, and place on the baking tray, press pastries lightly so they remain closed.

   Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden.

   Remove carefully with a spatula, and cool on a rack.

   When cold, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
