Sweet Apple BBQ Pulled Pork

   Blend all of the ingredients (except pork) in a large blender until smooth.

   Place pork butt roast in crock pot.

   Pour 2/3 of sauce over pork roast.

   Cook on low setting for 8-10 hours, until meat falls apart.

   Then pull apart meat with 2 forks and transfer to serving dish.

   Heat remaining sauce in microwave or on stovetop until its hot, and then add it to the prepared meat, mixing well.

   Serve with focaccia, corn bread, or on corn taco shells with fresh salsa.
