1 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cups Water
2 Tablespoons Honey
3 whole Chicken Breasts
1 can Diced Green Chilis (4 Oz Can)
2 whole Green Onions, diced
2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
8 whole Burrito Sized Tortillas
Optional Dippers: Sour Cream, Salsa, Hot Sauce

Mix the hot sauce, brown sugar, water, and honey together.

Boil chicken breasts in a pot of water until fully cooked (about 25 minutes if frozen).

When they are done, remove them from the water and shred chicken.

Put shredded chicken in a bowl and pour 1/2 cup of the sauce over the chicken and stir well.

Throw the diced chilies, and diced green onions into the chicken mixture.

Heat griddle or skillet to medium heat.

Lightly spray one side of each tortilla (the side that will be touching the griddle) then place it in your skillet and layer 1/2 cup cheese onto tortilla then 1/2 cup of the chicken mixture.

Top with another tortilla.

Grill for 1-2 minutes on each side.

Continue with the remaining filling and tortillas.

Serve with sour cream, salsa, or hot sauce for dipping.
