Sweet and Spicy Chicken BBQ

   Season both sides of the chicken breast with salt, black pepper, garlic, and red pepper.

   Put chicken breasts in slow cooker.

   Add water/stock and hot sauce.

   Let cook on high for 3-4 hours (depending on the sized of the breasts).

   Flip once half way through the cooking process.

   Drain water/stock from slow cooker well.

   Pull chicken into bbq texture using two forks.

   Mix in honey and sauce too taste.
