2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Using 6-quart sauce pot, brown meat in shortening; season with salt and pepper.

Add onions, mix water, tomato sauce and garlic; pour over meat.
