Ingredients: 16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice; 2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1 green pepper strip; 1 red pepper, strips; 1 onion, chunks; 1 garlic clove, minced; 1 lb pork, cubes; 2 tablespoons cornstarch; ½ cup Karo syrup; ¼ cup cider vinegar; 3 tablespoons soy sauce; 2 tablespoons ketchup

16 ounces pineapple chunks in juice
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 green pepper strip
1 red pepper, strips
1 onion, chunks
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb pork, cubes
2 tablespoons cornstarch
½ cup Karo syrup
¼ cup cider vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons ketchup

Drain pineapple, reseserve juice.

Heat oil in large skillet.

Saute' peppers and oinions for 3 minutes or until tender crisp.

Remove to bowl- keep warm.

Saute' pork until done.

Add Garlic saute 1 minute.

In bowl mix pineapple juice, karo, vinegar, ketchup and corn starch,until smooth.

Return vegetables and pineaple to skillet with cooked pork.

Add liquid to skillet.

Stir constantly, bring to boil over medium heat.

Cook 1 minute or until thickened.

Serve over rice.
