Sweet And Sour Mustard Sauce(Microwave)

   Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch.

   Mix in mustard, oil and vinegar.

   Mix all together well and add 3/4 cup hot water. Microwave 30 seconds on High; stir, then 1 minute on High; stir, then 1 minute more.

   Delicious over cauliflower or other vegetables.
