6 Ginger snaps ground
1 tbsp onion flakes
2 tsp Oregano
1 egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Pineapple juice
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup hp source
1 tbsp corn starch

Preheat oven to 350F.

Combine ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, ground ginger snaps, onion flakes and oregano.

Form into balls in baking dish and place in oven. Total cooking time is about 40 minutes.

Heat pineapple juice in sauce pan, add brown sugar, ketchup and hp psauce. Stir to disolve.

Add corn starch and stir. Remove meatballs from oven, pour sauce over meatballs and then put meatballs back in oven to complete cooking.
