Sweet And Sour Meat Loaf

   Tomato sauce mixture:

   Mix 8 oz. can tomato sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup vinegar and 1 tsp. prepared mustard.

   Set aside.

   In large bowl, mix 1 slightly beaten egg, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1/4 cup crushed crackers, 2 pounds hamburger, 1 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture.

   Shape meat into oval loaf.

   Place in shallow baking dish.

   Pour rest of tomato sauce mixture on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 1/4 hrs.
