2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and mustard until sugar dissolves.

Mix egg, onion, cucumber, beef, salt (optional), pepper and 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixture.
