1/2 c. red pepper strips
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. soy sauce

6 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. brown sugar

In large skillet or wok, stir-fry onion in garlic and ginger in hot oil for 1 minute.
