Bisquick; 1 c. oil; 2/3 c. sugar; 2 Tbsp. cornstarch; 1 Tbsp. paprika; 1 can pineapple chunks, drained; 1/4 c. soy sauce; 1/4 c. vinegar (cider); 1 c. green pepper strips; 1/2 c. sliced onions; 2 tomatoes, cubed

2 chicken breasts, skinned, boned and split
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
1 c. green pepper strips
1/2 c. sliced onions
2 tomatoes, cubed

Sprinkle chicken with salt and coat with egg and Bisquick. Fry at 400u00b0 until brown and place on paper towels in oven at 250u00b0. Combine sugar, cornstarch and paprika in skillet.

Drain pineapple and add water to juice to make 2 cups.

Add pineapple, soy sauce and vinegar to sugar mixture.

Cook until it boils and let boil 1 minute.

Add green pepper and onions and cook 5 minutes.

Add pineapple, tomatoes and chicken.
