Sweet And Sour Chicken

   Either stew chicken breasts or cook in oven with 1/4 cup water for 45 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Pull meat from bones and dice.

   Combine pineapple chunks with its juice, brown sugar, flour, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.

   Cook over low heat until thick.

   Let stand 10 minutes.

   Add onion and bell pepper.

   Pour over cooked meat and cook for 5 minutes at 350u00b0.

   Serve over rice.
