2 small packets Chirashi sushi mix
2 Eggs
1 tsp Katakuriko
1 pinch Sugar
1 Boiled shrimp
1 Salmon roe
1 Smoked salmon
1 Snow peas
1 Salmon flakes (ready-made)
5 leaves Shiso leaves
1 Sesame seeds
1 Shredded nori seaweed

Mix the rice with the chirashi sushi mix.

Boil the snow peas in salted water, thinly slice the shiso leaves.

Mix the ingredients together and make an egg crepe.

Thinly slice it to make kinshi tamago.
