Surprise Meat Balls

   Combine beef, bread crumbs, milk and seasonings.

   Place 1 tablespoon of mixture onto palm of hand.

   Flatten.

   Place an olive in center of meat.

   Mold meat around olive.

   Place 1 dozen on shallow baking dish.

   Cook in microwave oven 3 minutes.

   Insert a wooden toothpick into each meat ball before or after cooking time 3 minutes (for 1 dozen).
