Super Easy Chinese Cabbage and Bacon

   Chop the Chinese cabbage into 5 cm squares.

   Do the same with the bacon.

   Put the Chinese cabbage into a large pot, like an earthen pot.

   I recommend you put the pieces with the hard stems in at the bottom.

   Put bacon on top and add water.

   Cover the pot and steam-cook.

   Stir once or twice while it's cooking.

   When the Chinese cabbage releases water and becomes soft, remove the lid.

   Dissolve in the soup stock cube and continue to simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.

    To finish, season with salt and pepper to your liking.
