6 slice texas toast , lightly toasted
6 thick slices deli turkey breast
12 slice tomato thick
3 slice bacon cooked crumbled
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 cheddar cheese sauce
1 tsp butter
3 tbsp ap flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 oz jar diced pimiento (drained)
1/2 cup shredded chedder cheese

starting with the cheese sauce, -melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat: stir in flour.

gradually add milk stirring with a whisk until blended,cook10 minutes or until thick,stirring constantly.

remove from heat .add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted add remaining ingredients, stir in well ......done

arrange toast in a 9x13 baking pan,top with the turkey and 2 tomato slices,sprinkle ground pepper, spoon1/3 cup over each sandwich and sprinkle evenly with bacon and paprika
