Sunshine 's Chicken roll

   Fry the bacon to a crisp, put the jalapeno peppers into the bacon as its frying, just for a minute take out of pan, put the peppers and bacon on a paper towel

   Now take clear plastic wrap, just enough to put a one peice of the breast on and fold over the chicken , leaving some room cuz when roll it out ,Now take a rolling pin and kinda beat it and roll it out thin.

   Mix the cream cheese and ranch together well,

   Now spread the cream cheese over the chicken,add 2 peices of bacon at one end and place 2 peice of jalapeno peppers, on top of the bacon.

   And 2 peices of each in the center of the chicken.

   Roll the chicken from the side u have the bacon and peppers at, tuck and roll, add more salt and pepper on the chicken

   Place in a 8x8 baking pan or dish.

   Then pour the bacon dripping into the pan, no more then 2 tablespoons of drippings.

   Cover with foil and place in the oven at 375, for 25 minutes, take off the foil and bake for 20 minutes.

    Take out of the oven place foil back ontop for 10 minutes then serve.
