Sunshine Meatloaf

   In a large bowl mix together ground round, salt, pepper, garlic, tarragon, basil, bread crumbs, raw eggs, Worcestershire, red wine& parsley flakes.

   In a 13 x 9 pyrex baking dish form half of the meat mixture into a free form oval shape.

   Place hard-boiled eggs, end to end, lengthwise down the center of the meat.

   Arrange the remaining half of meat to cover the eggs...

   Mix the tomato sauce& ketchup& smother it over the top of the meatloaf... Preheat oven to 350 degrees& bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours... Slice& serve.

   so that each slice has a slice of hard-boiled egg that resembles the sun.
