Summer Squash Casserole

   Boil squash and onion for 5 minutes.

   Add carrots, sour cream and soup to squash and onion mixture.

   Set aside.

   Mix margarine and stuffing.

   Spread 1/2 of stuffing mix in bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.

   Put squash mixture on top of stuffing.

   Sprinkle rest of stuffing mixture on top.

   Cover and bake for 25 minutes at 350u00b0. Remove cover to brown for the last 5 minutes.
