Wash Chicken and keep aside.

Heat a heavy bottom pan.

Heat two tbs butter.

Add Cardamom, Clove n Cinnamon.. Let it crack.

Do flame medium.

Add chopped garlic..stir continuously.

Let it lil bit brown.. Be careful not to burn.

Add chopped onion.. Fry till transparent.. Now add chicken pieces.. Fry till golden brown.

Now add chopped ginger paste..

Chopped tomatoes.. Add salt.. Stir continuously.

Add coriander, cumin, turmeric n red chilli powder.

Mix well.. Cover the lid.

Do flame low.

Now Chicken releases lots of water.. Cook till chicken gets dry n release oil.. Now Chicken get soft partially.. U need to cook more.. Add water.

Cook till water gets evaporate n chicken get completely soft.. Now it's dry Chicken.. Add remaining butter.
