Sugar Coated Peanuts

   Dissolve sugar and water on medium heat in saucepan; add peanuts on medium heat.

   Stir frequently until syrup cooks out and nuts coated.

   Pour on ungreased cookie sheet; stir, breaking apart.

   Cook in 300u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.

   Stir every 10 minutes. Let cool, eat and enjoy.
