Make sure you clean your chicken well and all ingredients above are chopped into pieces.

It's simple and quick start marinating the chicken all around add your salt and pepper and parsley.

When finished marinating squeeze some fresh lemon to the chicken .

Now you can leave marinated for one whole night and cook the next day like I did or Pop it in the oven right away

Cut your lemon into slices and stuff the chicken with chopped ingredients

Make sure you pre heat your oven to 350F let it heat up for about 5-10 mins and than Pop him right it now before putting this lovely chicken to cook make sure you poke some wholes into him so he can be nice and juices and easier to cook

It took me two hours but you have the option of leaving him in there for an hour at 350 or leave him there for one hour under 350 and than the next on 400 for a nice golden finish ...
